Ingredients:
1/2 lb bacon
4 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 ½ tsp. sweet relish
1 ½ tsp. yellow mustard
1 ½ tsp. sriracha sauce
1 ½ tsp. 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 C. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 C. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
12 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
Preparation:
Cook bacon in a large skillett over medium heat until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain and crumble.
In a bowl, combine the bacon with the celery, mayonnaise, onion, relish, mustard, sriracha sauce, dill, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika and salt.
Add the eggs and coarsely mash. Mix.
Cover and let the flavors mix, in the refrigerator, for 1 hour.
