*Ingredients:
°1 boxs yellow cake blend or angel food cake blend
°1 L Pkg. Banana pudding
°3 bananas, slice
°1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
°1 - 2 cups chop fresh pineapple (or 6 ounces crushed pineapple, drained)
°1 container - cold whisk, thawed
°1 jar maraschino cherries, cut into cubes
°½ C chop pecans
°Half a cup of chocolate syrup
*Methods :
Prepare cake also make sure it is totally cool before assembling dessert.
Cut the cake into small pieces. Prepare dessert mix.
In trifle plate (or a salad bowl) cutting small pieces use half cake for first layer. Decorate cake with half-pudding, half-banana, half-strawberry, half-pineapple, half-Cole Whip, half-maraschino cherries, half-chocolate syrup & half nuts. Repeat all steps with rest of ingredients in same order. Relax to you are ready to serve.
*Note: When I assemble my pudding, I do not allow the pudding to harden completely before assembly because I want it to run between pieces of the cake before it hardens.
