HAMBURGER-CASSEROLE

°2 lbs. hamburger

°1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for garnish, optional)

°1can of Cream Chicken Soup (10.5 ounces)

°1 cup milk

°1/2 cup butter (melted)

°1 package of hash browns (20 ounces)

°salt and pepper as needed

Brown hamburger meat.

Mix the cheese, soup, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together, then add the hash brown.

Once all of this is mixed, place the hamburgers in a 9"x13" skillet and spread the mixture over the burgers.

Add more cheese if desired and cook at 350 degrees for about an hour.
